How much does Stocktend cost?

The Salon plan is £8.99 a month, or £90 a year if you pay yearly, which is two months free. It covers one salon and your whole team. Every new salon gets a 2-month free trial. What happens after the 2 free months?

To keep using Stocktend, you subscribe in the app: £8.99 a month or £90 a year, paid through the App Store or Google Play. Nothing is charged until you subscribe, and you don’t need a card for the free months.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time in your phone’s subscription settings: in the App Store on iPhone, or in Google Play on Android. Stocktend is paid through the store, so that is where your subscription lives, and deleting the app on its own doesn’t cancel it. You can keep using Stocktend until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. You pay through the App Store or Google Play, and their prices in the UK include VAT.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Every plan includes your whole team. Invite them with a link and everyone sees the same live stock count.

I run more than one salon. Which plan is for me?

The Group plan, for owners with more than one salon. Several salons in one account is coming soon, so talk to us about your salons and we’ll get back to you.

Does Stocktend work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Stocktend is an app for iPhone and Android, on the App Store and Google Play.

Which suppliers’ invoices can it read?

It reads PDF and photo invoices from any supplier, and you confirm each line before it goes on the shelf.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your stock and every stock movement to CSV at any time.

Can I order stock in the app?

Not yet. Ordering straight from your suppliers in the app is coming soon.
